 This billboard in Holland promoting the new Ceramic White PlayStation Portable is creating quite a stir in the InterWeb. Most people pointing at Sony and crying racist. But I don't really get any of it. I mean, what the hell are they talking about? What white woman grabbing a black woman? All I see are two people wearing black and white clothes.

 Can't get enough of the barrage of super flicks from good old Hollywood? Then check out SuperStrangeVideo.com for super hero movies from around the world! They have a pretty nice catalogue in there. They even managed to dig up two of my super rip-off favorites: Super 1, 2, 3 and Alyas Batman en Robin. I still think Capt. Barbell and Darna are even bigger rip-offs than those two Philippine screen gems. Mars Ravelo is a hack! The only real pinoy super hero he made was Panday! But I wouldn't be surpirsed if I found out that that was a rip-off too. I digress. Anyway, It's an interesting site. And be careful with some of the links. Some images are not entirely safe for work.
But it's good to know that Filipinos aren't the only ones capable of ripping off America. The Italian SuperHombres poster is classic! (sigh, and I thought we were so clever to come up with 3 Supermen, but even the Italians beat us to that idea)Labels: Film, WTF |
